Educational Qualification:
(i) Senior Manager (HR):
- Candidates must have passed the MBA or PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/PMIR with fourteen years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Senior Manager (Law):
- Candidates must have passed the LLB with fourteen years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Candidates must have passed the BE/B. Tech or ME/M.Tech degree in the relevant fields with five years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Deputy Manager (HR):
- Candidates must have passed the MBA or PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/PMIR with five years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 32 – 42 Years
